Sump Pump Failure Neptune City, New Jersey

Challenge

This home in Neptune City New Jersey suffered from a drain pipe that lead into the tub leaking into homes crawl space. The bathroom floor was not effected as there was a considerable size hole under tub and drain. Water from the drain is pooled on the right side of the home and away from the sump pump.

Solution

In order to restore this home we removed all of the water from the crawl space and left dehumidifying fans overnight to dry and remove any remaining odor.
