This home in Matawan New Jersey suffered a drain pipe leak in their master bathroom. This leak lead to water damage in the master bathroom and a small portion of the basement of this home as well as some mold damage. In the bathroom we were able to save the sink however we had to rip out the vanity, take out wet tiles, and remove the wall behind the vanity as well as anything else that was wet or moldy. After completion of this we left 3 dehumidifyiing fans and 4 air scrubbers overnight.
